How to improve your sleep environment:
Step 1. Turn off and unplug all electronics from your bedroom. Do not sleep with your cellphone or cordless phone in your bedroom.
Step 2. Change your linen to organic cotton linen. This means sheets, pillow cases, and blankets. Anything that comes in contact with your skin.
Step 3. Change pillows. Ideally, we should have between 6-8 hours of sleep each night. If you use a pillow, think about what you are breathing in while you rest.
Step 4. Air Purifiers to clear out any other off-gassing.
Step 4.1 EMF Remediation. Harmonize your home environment from Wi-Fi and other EMFs.
Step 4.2 Change your mattress. Organic cotton mattresses limit the off-gassing of formaldehyde and can be found without toxic flame retardants.
